Exciting Opportunity: Senior Presales Solution Lead - Retail and Consumer Goods Business Unit

Experience Level: 14-18 years in presales and deal solutioning

\n

Location: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, or Mumbai

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
    \n
  • Lead and independently manage medium to large deal solution design and development.
  • \n
  • Drive deal solutioning across various service lines including Application Development, Application Management Services (AMS), and IT Operations (ITO).
  • \n
  • Structure solution themes and design for deals, analyzing and qualifying RFXs (RFP, RFQ, RFI).
  • \n
  • Author and manage RFP, RFQ, RFI responses for single and multi-tower deals.
  • \n
  • Participate in customer conference calls to understand requirements and present value propositions.
  • \n
  • Collaborate across teams (technology, service lines, finance, legal) to construct compelling value propositions and solutions.
  • \n
  • Support proactive deal shaping and creation initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • \n
  • Drive commercial constructs and pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness.
  • \n
  • Conduct reviews across solution, estimates, and pricing, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
  • \n
  • Develop capability presentations for industry subsegments and technology service offerings.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on specific campaigns to generate leads.
  • \n

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record in solution design and ownership of successful medium to large deals.
  • \n
  • Strong technical and IT services presales experience.
  • \n
  • Deep understanding of Retail and Consumer Goods industry processes.
  • \n
  • Broad knowledge of technology platforms and architectures.
  • \n
  • Extensive experience in large deal solutioning across AD, AMS, ITO, and multi-tower environments.
  • \n
  • Excellent bid management skills within the IT services sector.
  • \n
  • Ability to stay updated with evolving technology landscapes.
  • \n
  • Strong storytelling and presentation development skills.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint for document and presentation creation.
  • \n
  • Solid commercial acumen and organizational skills.
  • \n
  • Outstanding team player with excellent relationship-building abilities.
  • \n
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • \n
  • Effective multitasking capabilities.
  • \n
  • Ability to present technical solutions and value propositions effectively to customers.
  • \n

Education: MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college preferred.
