\n\nAs a Knowledge Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, curating, and classifying strategic data from internal and external sources. You will leverage smart tools and AI-powered platforms to accelerate data processing and ensure high-quality knowledge assets are available for consulting teams.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nKnowledge Administration & Content Management

Curate, classify, and structure knowledge assets coming from:

RFPs and proposals
\n - \n
Project deliverables
\n - \n
Methodologies and frameworks
\n - \n
External publications and benchmarks
\n - \n
Tag and organize content within structured knowledge repositories.
\n - \n
Ensure proper metadata, taxonomy, and naming conventions are applied consistently.
\n - \n
Maintain repository hygiene, traceability, and version control over time.
\n - \n
Ensure data quality, consistency, confidentiality, and compliance with internal governance standards.
\n - \n
Identify gaps, duplicates, outdated content, or inconsistencies across repositories.
\n - \n
Monitor adherence to knowledge management processes and escalate issues when necessary.
\n - \n
Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of KM standards and documentation.
\n - \n
Use AI-enabled tools (NLP, semantic search, document classification, automated tagging) to optimize content processing and retrieval.
\n - \n
Support the automation of repetitive knowledge management activities.
\n - \n
Collaborate with IT and KM stakeholders to improve repository efficiency and searchability.
\n - \n
Support consulting teams in retrieving relevant content and ensuring knowledge accessibility.
\n - \n
Generate periodic reporting and dashboards related to repository usage, data quality, and content coverage.
\n - \n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Knowledge Management function.
\n\n - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field. \n

2+ years of experience in data curation, knowledge management, or consulting support.
\n - \n
Familiarity with document processing platforms and knowledge bases.
\n - \n
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
\n - \n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
\n - \n
Experience with tools like SharePoint.
