What’s the Role?
\n We’re on the lookout for a motivated and compassionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our growing team! This blended role combines Occupational Rehabilitation and Pre-employment Health Assessments into one dynamic position. You will play a key role in delivering expert Allied Health advice to clients and stakeholders, with a strong focus on customer service, compliance, and outcomes, this role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across recovery, prevention, and workplace health services.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Empowering clients through tailored Rehabilitation Case Management
\n
• Conducting Functional & Worksite Assessments
\n
• Executing ADL Assessments, Job Task Analysis’ and Ergonomic Assessments
\n
• Collaborating with employers and health professionals to create positive outcomes
\n
• Pre-employment Health Assessments and reports
\n

What You Bring:

\n
• Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy or Nursing
\n
• AHPRA Registration (OT, Physio, Nursing) or ESSA Accreditation (EP)
\n
• A valid Australian Driver’s License
\n
• Top-notch communication skills and a knack for time management
\n
