  • Act as the owner for group-level media and marketing planning across diverse business verticals.

  • Translate business priorities into integrated media strategies and annual media roadmaps.

  • Identify optimal channel mix, formats, and frequency to maximize ROI and brand impact.
  • \n
  • Prepare consolidated media budgets, drive cost efficiencies, and oversee rate negotiations.
  • \n
  • Manage media agencies, publishers, broadcasters, and digital platforms with clear SLAs and delivery standards.
  • \n
  • Define KPIs, track performance, and generate actionable insights for continuous optimization.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with corporate communications, marketing, digital, and business heads to ensure alignment and consistency.

    The Successful Applicant

  • MBA in Marketing/Communications/Strategy from a reputed institution.
  • \n
  • 5-8 years of experience in media planning, integrated marketing, or communications strategy.
  • \n
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-channel media plans.
  • \n
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and data-led decision-making abilities.
  • \n
  • Experience collaborating across matrixed teams and dealing with agencies and media partners.
  • \n
  • Detail-oriented, structured, commercially sharp, and capable of balancing brand and cost efficiency.
