- Develop and execute AI automation strategies to enhance manufacturing efficiency within the pharmaceutical sector. \n
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimisation and digital transformation. \n
- Oversee the implementation of AI-focused solutions tailored to the life sciences industry. \n
- Monitor the performance of automated processes and recommend improvements as needed. \n
- Cooperative with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals and industry standards. \n
- Provide expertise in smart operations to enable the company's growth and innovation strategies. \n
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all automation initiatives. \n
- Stay updated on emerging trends in AI and smart operations to maintain a competitive edge. \n\n
- in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or CS. \n
- 3+ years in AI-led process optimisation or smart factory execution. \n
- Strong in AI/ML (TensorFlow, OpenCV), automation (PLC, SCADA), and systems (MES, ERP). \n
- Insightful senior with strong execution and vendor management skills. \n
- MBA or Ops Management background is a plus.
