Role: Connerstone LMS Administration (Contract)
\nExp: 3 7 years
\nLocation : Bangalore /Mysore /Hyderabad/ Chennai
\nRoles & Responsibility :
\no Assigning training
\no Creating and updating curricula
\no Managing sessions using advanced functionality
\no Adding and maintaining training history records
\no Ability to load, test, and troubleshoot issues with eLearning Modules (SCORM, AICC)
\nStrong customer service orientation and ability to support a global user base professionally and efficiently
\nExperience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing/workflow systems (preferred)
\nFamiliarity with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., generating LMS reports, dashboard views)
\nAbility to follow standardized global processes and ensure accurate documentation of work
\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently while meeting service level expectations
\nProfessional communication skills, both written and verbal
\nAbility to support 24X7 customer support
\nLMS experience in Life Sciences / Aero industry
\n
