- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in managing and developing teams. \n
- Comprehensive multichannel and omnichannel experience across GT, MT, and E‑commerce. \n

\n\n1. Brand Strategy & Business Ownership
\n * Develop and execute the annual brand strategy aligned with overall business
\n objectives.
\n * Build and manage the brand roadmap including growth drivers, renovation, and
\n expansion initiatives.
\n * Own brand P&L and marketing budgets to ensure sustainable and profitable
\n growth.
\n * Track and analyze performance metrics to drive timely business decisions.
\n 2. Brand Architecture & Communication
\n * Define and strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and portfolio roles.
\n * Ensure clarity in brand hierarchy and consistency across all platforms.
\n * Lead development of communication strategy including ATL, BTL, and digital
\n campaigns.
\n * Work closely with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver impactful and
\n measurable campaigns.
\n * Ensure cohesive brand expression across packaging, POSM, digital assets, and
\n content.
\n 3. Innovation & Growth Pipeline
\n * Drive new product development and renovation projects from concept to launch.
\n * Identify market opportunities through consumer insights, trend analysis, and
\n competitive tracking.
\n * Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain,
\n Finance, E-commerce, and Global HQ) for seamless execution.
\n * Monitor post-launch performance and implement corrective actions where
\n needed.
\n 4. Trade & Channel Development
\n * Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to ensure successful new
\n launches and sustained growth of core SKUs.
\n * Develop channel-specific strategies across General Trade, Modern Trade, and E
\n commerce.
\n * Work with E-commerce platforms and marketplace partners to optimize visibility,
\n promotions, and content execution.
\n * Support key account planning and promotional strategy alignment.
\n 5. Agency & Partner Management
\n * Manage relationships with creative, media, research, packaging, and digital
\n agencies.
\n * Oversee vendor coordination for campaign execution and brand assets.
\n * Ensure timely delivery, cost optimization, and high-quality output from partners.
\n * Evaluate agency performance and ROI effectiveness.
\n 6. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment
\n * Lead and mentor the brand team to drive accountability and execution
\n excellence.
\n * Liaise closely with Regional Sales Heads, Key Account Managers, Trade
\n Marketing, and E-commerce teams to incorporate market feedback.
\n * Coordinate with Global HQ (Spain) on strategic initiatives and innovation
\n projects.
