- Implement upgrades, patches, and enhancements to SAP HANA systems as required. \n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support database-related requirements. \n
- Ensure database security and compliance with company policies. \n
- Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders as needed. \n
- Document processes and maintain system configuration records for future reference. \n\n
- A strong educational background in technology or a related field. \n
- Proven expertise in managing SAP HANA databases. \n
- SAP HANA Database Administration and Management SAP HANA DB Housekeeping, Log & Trace Analysis \n
- SAP Basis Knowledge \n
- Knowledge of database troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques. \n
- Implementing and managing backup and recovery strategies to protect against data loss and ensure business continuity \n
- Diagnosing and resolving database-related issues, including performance problems, connectivity issues, and data inconsistencies \n
- Planning and executing database upgrades and applying necessary patches to ensure the database system is up-to-date and secure \n
- Check log and trace files for errors, enable traces when and where required \n
- Handle escalation of critical system issues and ensure timely resolution with vendor
