Job Description
- Join the legal team for a major player in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry. \n
- Work directly with senior stakeholders on day-to-day functions. \n\n
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial vendor and customer contracts to manage legal and operational risk. \n
- Conduct legal research to support business advisory. \n
- Support compliance, governance activities, and dispute resolution through research, fact‑gathering, and contract analysis. \n
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external counsel to maintain accurate documentation and provide practical legal guidance. \n
- Contribute to improving contract management processes and operational efficiency across the legal function. \n\n
- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience \n
- Professional experience within the Technology & Telecoms industry. \n
- Strong knowledge of vendor-side commercial contracting and legal research
