Job Description

- Overseeing end‑to‑end plant operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and on‑time delivery while supporting long‑term India growth strategy. \n
- Leading and optimizing production, planning, quality, maintenance, and material planning to achieve operational excellence, zero‑defect performance, strong equipment availability, and inventory/stock targets. \n
- Driving strategic goal‑setting, operational KPIs, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and production system initiatives across the plant. \n
- Ensuring robust manufacturing processes, master scheduling, and delivery planning aligned with sales forecasts, customer needs, and company standards. \n
- Managing capital investment planning, facility readiness, new plant/line setup, and compliance with EHS rules through proactive corrective and preventive actions. \n
- Developing operational talent by supervising department managers, maintaining work instructions, and implementing skill‑building and training programs. \n\n
- An ideal candidate brings 20+ years of experience in multinational manufacturing environments, including a decade of strong leadership. \n
- They hold an engineering degree (Mechanical/Electronics) and have a proven track record in NPI, construction, relocation, and Lean/6 Sigma initiatives. \n
- Deep expertise across operations, including shop floor management, warehouse, ERP/MRP, ISO9001 quality systems, EHS, and lean methodologies is essential. \n
- Strong communication skills, fluency in English, passion for continuous improvement, and solid computer proficiency
