Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Mumbai (5 days-Work From Office)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can translate Khyaal's brand vision into compelling visual stories across digital and offline platforms. This role requires a strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to independently drive creative projects while collaborating closely with marketing, product, and content teams.

Key Responsibilities

%CF; Own and execute end-to-end design for marketing campaigns, social media, performance ads, app creatives, website banners, and offline collaterals.

%CF; Ensure consistency of brand identity across all touchpoints.

%CF; Conceptualise creative ideas and design systems aligned with business goals.

%CF; Collaborate with content, marketing, product, and growth teams to deliver high-impact

creatives.

%CF; Lead visual direction for campaigns and mentor junior designers when required.

%CF; Adapt designs for different platforms while maintaining visual clarity and effectiveness.

%CF; Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines.

Khyaal | Senior Graphic Designer

Required Skills & Qualifications

%CF; 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design.

%CF; Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design, branding, and campaign work.

%CF; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion design is a plus.

%CF; Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.

%CF; Experience designing for social media, performance marketing, and digital products.

%CF; Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative deliverables.

%CF; Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
