Job Title: AVP- Marketing (FMCG)

Job Location: Chennai

Job Summary:

The AVP- Marketing will be responsible for creating profitable marketing strategies. This is a P&L role involving planning, strategy, consumer insights and media spends.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement long term marketing startegies
\n
• Conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, define target markets
\n
• Aligh marketing initiatives to overall business P&L
\n
• Ownership of marketing budgets, monitoring financial metrics and collaborate with cross functional teams to drive profitability and operational efficiency
\n
• Oversee brand strategy, strong positioning and development of innovative campaigns
\n
• Drive the development and alunch of new products , develop effective go to market strategies
\n
• Leverage data anlystics, measure campaign effectiveness and drive digital transformation in marketing
\n
• Build relationship across multiple stakeholders, including agencies and media partners
\n

Candidate Experience:

\n
• 15+ years of experience in Marketing, from FMCG industry
\n
• Full time MBA in Marketing from reputed institutions
\n
• Stong communicator, with excellent stakeholder management skills
\n
