Technical Product Manager
Job Description
About 2070Health
\n2070 Health has built India’s first healthcare-focused Venture Studio — an innovation platform that creates transformative healthcare companies from the ground up. Unlike an accelerator, the studio is deeply involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions across every venture it builds. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include Elevate Now , Nivaan Care , Reveal Healthtech , BabyMD , and Everhope Oncology .
About this role \nWe are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join early and help shape the product from the ground up. We want someone who is AI-native — someone who naturally reaches for AI tools to move faster, think sharper, and build better.
What you will do \n- \n
- Take ownership of specific product areas — from requirements and specs to sprint reviews and launch \n
- Engage deeply with engineering — read code when needed, participate in technical design discussions, flag complexity early \n
- Define clear success metrics for each feature and track them post-launch \n
- Translate user and business problems into precise, unambiguous product specs \n
- Prioritise ruthlessly — say no to good ideas to protect the great ones \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- 2–4 years in product — ecommerce or a technical product where speed, iteration, and data mattered \n
- CS degree or prior engineering role — you should be able to go deep with your tech team \n
- AI-native in practice — you use AI tools daily and know how to leverage them to do the work of three people \n
- \n
- Structured thinker who breaks ambiguous problems into clear pieces and builds a path through them \n
- Low ego, high output — closer to the work than to the boardroom \n
- \n
- Shipped features end-to-end and can speak to the tradeoffs made \n
- Has worked on ecommerce funnels, checkout, catalogue, or order management \n
- Comfortable reading API docs, writing SQL, or digging into a data pipeline to find an answer \n
- No healthcare background needed — curiosity and the ability to learn a new domain fast is enough \n
This is an early, hands-on role at a venture studio known for building category-defining healthcare companies. If you have an engineering instinct, a bias for doing, and want to be part of building something from zero — we want to hear from you.
