Business Development
\n- \n
- Responsible for Business Development in the region assigned. \n
- Responsible for adding New Customers \n
- Responsible for retaining the existing customers \n
- Responsible for generating business for all Mitutoyo products and achieving sales targets of the individual / branch/ region. \n
- Work closely with the service department to bring in new business by giving right and economical solutions to the customers. \n
- Responsible to promote and organise exhibitions and seminars as well \n
- Responsible for tender business and follow ups in the respective region \n
- Achieving the Individual targets as allocated. \n
Reporting
\n- \n
- Responsible for giving detailed report to the manager on monthly/ regular basis / sales, forecast, sales activities, schedules and enquiry status (as per the MIS framework of MSA) \n
- Responsible in giving information about all competitor activities in the region. Providing regular market feedback on our products performance, customer expectations and competitor activity. \n
Operations & Coordination
\n- \n
- Responsible for getting all the outstanding payments of the branch cleared from customers \n
- Ensure all the sales persons weekly activity report are updated regularly and correctly. \n
- Responsible for utilising the branch resources in optimal way. \n
- Responsible for giving demonstration of products to the customers. \n
Customer Relationship management

- Responsible FOR maintaining relationship with customers. Responsible in developing and growing of long-term relationship with the customers. \n
- Regularly visits the major customers in the automotive & engineering establishments to generate enquiries and hence business revenue. \n
Sales Process Related
\n- \n
- Responsible for providing account management like customer database, competitors activities, new projects coming up in the respective territory. \n
- Responsible in developing and maintaining prospect customer list based on the strategic marketing data and other sources for sales in our customer database. \n
- Responsible for giving / providing consultative solutions for sales to the prospective customers \n
Self-Development
\n- \n
- Maintain and share case studies. \n
- Identify all personal training requirements and maintain regular product knowledge of the complete range we offer. \n
- Regularly update own skills and knowledge. \n
Individual Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Tracking of EMD, Advance Bank Guarantee, Performance Bank guarantee, non-Disclosure agreements . \n
- Any Miscellaneous tasks assigned \n
