Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

• Research, develop and implement content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
\n
• Plan and schedule posts to maintain brand consistency and audience engagement.
\n
• Monitor trends and engagement metrics to optimize content performance.
\n

Content Creation & Design:

\n
• Design high-quality marketing materials, social media graphics, and digital assets using Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent tools .
\n
• Assist in the creation of Instagram Reels, stories, and short-form video content.
\n
• Collaborate with the team to develop visually appealing and brand-aligned creatives.
\n

Influencer Marketing & Partnerships:

• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with beauty, skincare, and lifestyle influencers .
\n
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, oversee content deliverables, and track campaign performance.
\n
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of influencer partnerships.
\n

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

\n
• Monitor analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives.
\n
• Assist in managing paid social media campaigns and optimizing ad performance.
\n
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
\n

Qualifications & Skills

\n
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
\n
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools (basic video editing skills are a plus).
\n
• Strong understanding of social media trends, digital engagement strategies, and brand positioning .
\n
• Experience in influencer marketing and partnership management .
\n
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
\n
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and lifestyle branding is preferred.
