End-to-End Recruitment Management
\n Drive the full lifecycle of recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and offer closure.
\n Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of lateral hires into the organization. \n -
Market Intelligence & Networking
\n Build and maintain strong networks with mid-to-senior level professionals in the tech industry.
\n Stay updated on emerging technologies, talent trends, and competitor hiring practices. \n -
Stakeholder Engagement
\n Advise hiring managers on talent strategies, compensation benchmarks, and best practices.
\n Collaborate with HR business partners to deliver an exceptional candidate experience. \n -
Process Excellence
\n Implement recruitment analytics to track efficiency, quality of hire, and time-to-fill metrics.
\n Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in lateral hiring. \n\n - Experience : 17-20 years of professional experience, with at least 10 plus years in technology recruitment and lateral hiring. \n
- Expertise : Strong understanding of the technology talent landscape, including niche skills and emerging roles. \n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management. \n
- Ability to multitask and deliver results under tight timelines. \n
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and talent assessment frameworks. \n
- Mindset : Results-driven, collaborative, and proactive in building long-term talent pipelines.
