Sr. Celonis Developer

"Strong knowledge in Celonis (with minimum 6+ Years of experience as a developer)
\n Strong concepts on process mining & integration
\n Design, implement and deploy new business process management technologies and practices with Celonis.
\n Working experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, SAP ), data extraction, data analysis, reporting, etc.
\n Strong hand-on experience in Relational databases, SQL, ETL and Python
\n Prior experience of working with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or Qlik preferred
\n Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems
\n Experience advising clients and delivering solutions for transforming (digitizing) their customer experiences, employee experiences, operational environments, and product services.
\n Celonis Certification (Data Engineer/Implementation Professional) is a plus
\n Business value and purpose focus, skilled in connecting strategic business intents and efficiency levers to execution with an end-to-end perspective
\n Advanced communication and multicultural skills.
\n Agile Methodologies and tools. SAFe certification is a plus.
\n Experience working in Agile mode of development (Kanban, Scrum)
\n Experience with Multicultural and virtual/remote team.
\n Ability to easily adapt to fast-paced environment.
\n Relation and networking skills
