\nThe Purpose of the Role:
\nLearning Advisor
\nAct as a Learning consultant/advisor to the leaders of an assigned business group
\nDevelop strong relationships with stakeholders and partner in delivering
\nprograms/initiatives
\nWork with business leaders and your organization to solution skilling efforts for our
\nassociates
\nAlign with and leverage global programs for greater synergy
\nWork with multiple business teams and matrixed organization
\nTalent Development & Human Resources
\nParticipate in creating innovative learning solutions that enable tech, financial services
\nor leadership competency building by partnering with relevant stakeholders
\nManager vendor relations and other stakeholders to deliver programs to required needs
\nand standards
\nMonitor learning effectiveness and analyse relevant metrics, working with the HR
\nOperations team
\nProactively seek the support of HR Business partners to ensure that associates are
\nenabled to leverage learning opportunities to learn and grow
\nSkills that are key to this Role:
\nThe role involves elements of conceptualization, solution design, program management,
\nstakeholder management, execution of programs and initiatives. Key skills required include;
\nLearning needs identification & solutioning
\nFunctional skills around talent development and facilitation
\nStakeholder management and consulting skills
\nProject and program management
\nAbility to influence at various levels in the organization
\nThe ability to work collaboratively
\nExposure to learning technology platforms and ecosystems

\nInstructional design skills and tools

\ninvested in associates` development and career vitality by enabling development of skills to
\nmeet current & future needs.
\nExpertise we are looking for
\nMBA with specialization in HR
\n6 - 10 years of experience in designing, developing and implementing a variety of learning
\nsolutions
\nExperience in Talent Development and consulting roles preferred
\nLocation: Bangalore/Chennai
\nShift timings: 9 am to 6 pm / 11 am to 8 pm.
