Job Description
- Opportunity to build and manage the Assessment Centre at the Org Level \n
- Exposure to working with multi varied teams Businesses and COE \n\n
- Develop and implement comprehensive assessment frameworks to evaluate employee performance and competencies. \n
- Collaborate with department heads to identify assessment needs and align them with business goals. \n
- Design and execute training programs to address skill gaps identified through assessments. \n
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of assessment tools and methodologies. \n
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on assessment data analysis. \n
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in assessment processes. \n
- Manage a team of assessment specialists and provide guidance for professional development. \n
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Human Resources assessments within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. \n\n
- A strong educational background in Human Resources or a related field. \n
- Proven experience in designing and implementing assessment frameworks in the Chemical Industry or Industrial / Manufacturing. \n
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation for performance evaluation. \n
- Excellent leadership and team management skills. \n
- Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards and regulations.
