- Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives \n
- Lead and manage a team of L&D professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management \n
- Design, deliver, and evaluate innovative training programs that address skill gaps and enhance employee performance \n
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify learning needs and create tailored solutions for various departments and levels \n
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and other L&D technologies to ensure efficient program delivery and tracking \n
- Analyze training effectiveness through data-driven metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders \n
- Oversee the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources while maintaining high-quality programs \n
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve our offerings \n
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization \n
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors as needed \n
\nQualifications\n
\n
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred \n
- 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, with at least 3 years in a Leadership role \n
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs and talent development initiatives \n
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams \n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal \n
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other L&D technologies \n
- Expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and adult learning principles \n
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights \n
- Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously \n
- Budget management skills and financial acumen \n
- In-depth knowledge of talent development best practices and industry trends \n
- Willingness to travel within the cluster as required \n
