Job Title Business Development Executive – West Region
\nDomain Oil & Gas, Maritime, Dams
\nYears Of Experience 3 – 5 years in field sales, B2B or B2G preferred
\nLocation - Candidate based in Mumbai/ Maharashtra or willing to relocate to Mumbai/ Maharashtra.
Initial Training period at Kochi 30-60 days
\n Notice Period Immediate Joiners or willing to join within 30 to 45 days
Job Purpose
\n The West Region BDE will drive EyeROV's sales efforts in the industrial and maritime belt, focusing on oil & gas operators, dam authorities, and port clients.
\n This region has strong potential for underwater inspections and ROV service contracts.
\n Key Responsibilities
\n - Identify and develop relationships with oil & gas PSUs, refineries, and port authorities.
\n - Explore opportunities in dam inspections and maritime services.
\n - Coordinate with the service team for on-site demos and proposal preparation.
\n - Build partnerships with marine contractors and system integrators.
\n - Update CRM with field data and assist RSM (West) in lead conversions.
\n - Support vendor registrations and tender participation for government projects.
\n Required Qualification
\n Education - Graduate in Engineering, Science, or any related technical field.
\n Experience - Non-tech candidates with strong field sales aptitude will also be considered
\n Skills & Competencie s
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
\n-Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory.
\n-Knowledge of public procurement or working with government departments is a plus Self-motivated, field-ready, and good at reporting.
\n-Able to understand technical products (basic)
\nCommunication Fluent in English + local language (optional) + Hindi
