Job Description
- Work with a Global logistics provider \n
- Lead, execute and grow in a well established GCC \n\n
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collections processes and reduce outstanding debts. \n
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and take necessary actions. \n
- Communicate with clients to resolve payment-related issues in a professional manner. \n
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of collections activities and reports. \n
- Collaborate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies and ensure timely resolutions. \n
- Provide guidance and training to the collections team to enhance efficiency. \n
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations. \n
- Work towards achieving collection targets and minimizing risks of bad debts. \n\n
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. \n
- Expertise in collections processes and financial management. \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools. \n
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. \n
- Attention to detail and a goal-oriented approach.
