\nKey Responsibilities:
\nOwn and drive technical program governance across the CTO organization, ensuring alignment with business goals.
\nEstablish a structured execution framework to manage software architecture, engineering, QA, DevOps, product support, and solution delivery.
\nOversee the execution of multi-disciplinary programs in software development, cloud-native architectures, grid automation, and AI-driven solutions.
\nEnsure seamless coordination between engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, and customer support teams.
\nTrack program KPIs, budget adherence, and resource allocation across CTO-led initiatives.
\nImplement and optimize Agile, SAFe, and DevSecOps best practices for predictable and scalable delivery.
\nDefine clear execution metrics, dashboards, and review cadences for real-time tracking.
\nIdentify bottlenecks, technical blockers, and execution risks early and drive resolutions proactively.
\nEstablish a strong escalation mechanism for timely intervention across critical programs.
\nEnsure regulatory compliance, cybersecurity readiness, and infrastructure reliability for software solutions.
\nAct as the primary interface between CTO leadership, product teams, and engineering functions in India and MEA.
\nProvide executive dashboards, status updates, and risk assessments to the CTO and leadership teams.
\nFacilitate quarterly roadmap reviews and strategic planning for technology initiatives.
\nAct as the technical liaison between product teams and regional sales teams in non-USA markets (Europe, Middle East, APAC, and other regions).
\nSupport technical pre-sales activities, including customer engagements, RFIs/RFPs, solution demonstrations, and competitive positioning.
\nWork closely with sales and business development teams to identify customer needs, tailor technical solutions, and enhance product adoption.
\nDesired Profile:
\n15+ years of experience in Technical Program Management within software-driven energy, utilities, or industrial automation domains
\nStrong expertise in grid automation, T&D software, cloud-native architectures, AI/ML, and DevOps.
\nProven track record of managing large-scale software programs with cross-functional teams.
\nHands-on experience with Agile, SAFe, DevSecOps, and ITSM processes.
\nStrong knowledge of T&D industry standards (IEC 61850, CIM, IEEE 2030.5, OpenFMB, NERC CIP, etc.).
\nExceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
\nBachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
