Supply chain management (SCM)- Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute long-term supply chain strategy aligned with business goals, customer expectations, and market dynamics.
\n
• Lead transformation of the end-to-end supply chain to enhance scalability, agility, and resilience.
\n
• Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to align demand forecasting, production planning, inventory, and financial targets.
\n
• Design and continuously optimize the supply chain network to support multi-channel distribution and geographic expansion.
\n
• Establish strategic supplier partnerships to drive innovation, cost competitiveness, and supply reliability.
\n
• Implement robust risk management frameworks covering supply, logistics, geopolitical, and compliance-related risks.
\n
• Integrate sustainability (ESG) principles into sourcing, packaging, logistics, and operational processes.
\n
• Ensure superior customer fulfilment across all channels, enabling smooth product delivery, installation, and service.
\n
• Build and lead a future-ready supply chain team, focusing on capability development, digital fluency, and cross-functional collaboration.
\n

Qualifications & Experience:

\n
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business; MBA preferred.
\n
• 15+ years of experience in supply chain roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
\n
• Experience in managing large, distributed supply chain operations across regions.
