Technical skills
\n University degree in computer science, or equivalent.
\n 5+ years of experience administering Exchange, SharePoint and hands-on with M365 corporate collaboration environments.
\n Primary skills
\n M365 Application Stack experience
\n o Exchange Online, Exchange hybrid designs
\n o Messaging Hygiene and Security designs
\n o Mail and SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive migration architectures
\n o Microsoft Active Directory, routing protocols, DNS, Certificates (request & renewal)
\n o M365 application management: SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams, Viva tools, Copilot, integrations
\n Security
\n o Email encryption, spam filtering, authentication protocols, Data Loss Prevention
\n Scripting
\n o PowerShell (must have)
\n Migrations
\n o Hands on experience with at least one tool (ShareGate / AvePoint / Metalogix)
\n o Tenant to tenant migrations concepts.
\n Secondary skills
\n Azure stack
\n o Azure tenant setup, Creation of subscriptions, resource management
\n o Azure components/services
\n o PaaS services (Azure functions, App Services, exchange components, etc.)
\n Monitoring
\n o Proactively set up and utilize Amadeus tools to monitor sites & apps.
\n o Performance monitoring & vulnerability assessments
