Influencer & Creator Performance Manager (D2C – Health & Wellness)

\nWe are a fast-growing, performance-driven D2C health & wellness brand where every marketing
\ninitiative is measured by revenue impact.
\nWe are looking for an Influencer & Creator Performance Manager who understands that influencer
\nmarketing is not about vanity metrics, it's about conversions, CAC efficiency, scalable UGC, and long-term
\nrevenue contribution.
\nThis role will own influencer-led revenue, UGC production for paid ads, and affiliate growth with clear
\nROI accountability.
\nCore Mandate (What You Will Own)

\n%CF; Cost per content asset (UGC efficiency)
\n%CF; Affiliate program performance
\n%CF; Performance-ready UGC library growth

\nYou will be accountable for measurable outcomes, not just collaborations.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n1. Revenue & Performance Ownership
\n%CF; Develop influencer strategies aligned with revenue and CAC targets
\n%CF; Track CPA, ROAS, AOV, repeat purchase rate from influencer cohorts
\n%CF; Ensure every campaign has defined KPIs and profitability benchmarks
\n2. UGC as a Paid Media Engine
\n%CF; Source and manage creators to produce high-converting UGC for paid ads
\n%CF; Structure content with strong hooks, testimonials, objection handling & problem-awareness
\n%CF; Deliver a consistent pipeline of performance-ready creatives every month
\n3. Affiliate & Performance Creator System
\n%CF; Build and scale an affiliate-driven influencer ecosystem
\n%CF; Structure commission models aligned with contribution margin
\n%CF; Track and optimize revenue per influencer
\n4. Cost Efficiency & Negotiation
\n%CF; Negotiate usage rights, licensing, and whitelisting rights
\n%CF; Optimize cost per reel / cost per usable content asset
\n%CF; Maintain a frugal, ROI-first mindset in all partnerships
\n5. Attribution & Reporting
\n%CF; Track influencer performance using:
\n%CB; Coupon codes
\n%CB; UTM links
\n%CB; Assisted conversions
\n%CB; First-time vs repeat customer contribution
\n%CF; Build monthly dashboards showing:
\n%CB; Revenue per influencer
\n%CB; CAC & ROI by campaign
\n%CB; UGC performance in paid ads
\n6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
\n%CF; Work closely with Performance, Creative, Brand & Retention teams
\n%CF; Align influencer content with landing pages and funnel strategy
\n%CF; Ensure influencer traffic converts efficiently
\nRequired Skills & Experience
\n%CF; 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance-focused influencer marketing (D2C/consumer
\nbrands preferred)
\n%CF; Proven track record of driving revenue via influencer campaigns
\n%CF; Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, contribution margin & unit economics
\n%CF; Experience building affiliate influencer programs
\n%CF; Deep knowledge of Instagram, YouTube & emerging platforms
\n%CF; Strong negotiation and communication skills
\n%CF; Fluent in Hindi & English
\nNice to Have
\n%CF; Experience in health, wellness, nutraceuticals, or lifestyle D2C brands
\n%CF; Existing influencer network in fitness / wellness categories
\n%CF; Experience with UGC licensing & whitelisting
\n%CF; Familiarity with influencer tracking & reporting tools
