About the Role

Peerless Financial Products Distribution Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced Cluster Manager to lead business growth across multiple branches through the Agency Channel. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in agency development, sales leadership, and team management, with the ability to build and scale a high-performing distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

    Manage and drive business performance across multiple branches within the assigned cluster.

  • \n
  • \n

    Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain high-performing agency teams and advisors.

  • \n
  • \n

    Lead, coach, and mentor Branch Managers and sales teams to achieve business objectives.

  • \n
  • \n

    Develop and execute business strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • \n
  • \n

    Drive agency productivity, advisor activation, and business expansion.

  • \n
  • \n

    Monitor branch performance, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective actions where required.

  • \n

    Conduct regular branch visits, performance reviews, and training sessions.

  • \n
  • \n

    Build strong relationships with channel partners, customers, and key stakeholders.

  • \n
  • \n

    Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational processes.

  • \n

    Analyze market trends, competition, and business reports to identify growth opportunities.

    Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth.

Candidate Profile

  • \n

    Graduate/Postgraduate with experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth Management, NBFC, Mutual Funds, or Agency Distribution.

  • \n
  • \n

    Currently working as a Branch Manager, Area Manager, Cluster Manager, or in a similar sales leadership role.

  • \n
  • \n

    Candidates currently at the Branch Manager level who aspire to move into Cluster or Regional leadership roles are encouraged to apply.

  • \n
  • \n

    Proven track record in agency development, including recruitment, onboarding, activation, and retention of advisors and sales teams.

  • \n
  • \n

    Strong experience in driving sales, business development, and achieving revenue targets.

  • \n
  • \n

    Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • \n
  • \n

    Ability to manage multiple branches and deliver consistent business performance.

  • \n
  • \n

    Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

  • \n
  • \n

    Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned cluster.
