\n Experience:        12+ Years
\n MANDATE SKILLS:
\n Data Engineer candidate who worked on Oracle GoldenGate in recent project.
\n Devops
\n Azure
\n ADF
\n Must Have's:
\n • Apply strong technical expertise in Oracle GoldenGate (OGG), SQL Server, Azure data services (fundamentals), DevOps practices, and networking to guide delivery decisions and resolve issues.
\n • Minimum requirements:
\n - Azure and any of the data products
\n - Data engineering experience, more purely data migration
\n - Knowledge of Medallion architecture
\n - Experience creating data pipelines
\n - DevOps skills
\n Key Responsibilities:
\n • Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules from Development through Release, based on approved Solution Architecture Designs
\n • Lead and coordinate Development, DevOps, QA, Architecture, and Release Engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery.
\n • Be accountable for delivery timelines, quality, risks, and outcomes, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and commercialization timelines.
\n • Provide technical direction while managing priorities, inter-team dependencies, and delivery sequencing.
\n • Act as the single point of contact for assigned teams and the single point of accountability for escalations.
\n • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate delivery and technical risks, maintaining visibility through structured reporting and RAID management.
\n • Mentor teams on data engineering, database replication, and delivery best practices to improve overall execution quality.
\n • Communicate delivery progress, risks, and issues clearly to senior stakeholders.
\n Required Skills & Experience
\n • 10+ years of experience managing Data Engineering programs
\n • Strong background in data warehousing, Azure, and DevOps practices
\n • Strong understanding of database replication and Change Data Capture (CDC)
\n • Working knowledge of Azure Data Services, including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, storage, and security
\n • Proven experience in techno-managerial or delivery lead roles
\n Strong leadership, communication, and ownership mindset
