SERVICE TECHNICIAN

JOB DUTIES:

• Perform the installation of machines (assembly and commissioning) according to the technical requirements and correct operation, at the customer's premises.
\n
• To carry out corrective and preventive interventions on machines installed at customers' premises.
\n
• Providing support in the assembly and dismantling of trade fairs.
\n
• Continuously travel to customers who require assistance, showing total availability for this purpose.
\n
• Train customers in the operation of the machines.
\n
• Plan and self-organise for the different assistance assigned.
\n
• Follow up on services, maintenance, and report the status of the same to the person in charge.
\n
• Order the necessary spare parts for interventions and for the maintenance of the stock of parts.
\n
• Detect customer needs and expectations, as well as propose new opportunities for service improvement.
\n

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

\n
• Technical education: Mechatronics / Mechanics / Electrical / Electronic or related studies.
\n
• Previous experience: At least 3 years.
\n
• Full availability to travel.
\n
• Driving licence.
\n
• Fluent English.
\n
