\nDesignation: Manager – Branded Hospitality Channel Development & Key Accounts
\n(West)
\nLocation: Mumbai
\nReporting To: Zonal Business Manager – Hospitality
\nFunction: Branded Hospitality Business
\nRole Purpose
\nDrive sustainable growth of Welspun's Branded Hospitality business across the
\nWest Zone by strengthening the distributor network, driving primary and secondary
\nsales, managing key hotel accounts, developing the project pipeline, implementing
\nchannel governance, and supporting strategic Key Account Management (KAM)
\ninitiatives in collaboration with the National KAM team. The role carries complete
\nownership of the Mumbai region while contributing to strategic account growth
\nacross the West Zone.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nAchieve annual sales targets for the Mumbai region by driving primary and
\nsecondary sales, expanding market penetration across branded hotels,
\nidentifying new business opportunities, and ensuring profitable business
\ngrowth.
\nDevelop, manage, and strengthen the distributor network through business
\nplanning, capability building, productivity improvement, new distributor
\nappointments, and structured engagement across the West Zone.
\nBuild strategic relationships with hotel chains, procurement teams,
\nconsultants, architects, interior designers, PMCs, contractors, and
\ndistributors while supporting National Key Account initiatives in collaboration
\nwith Shailesh and Snehasish.
\nDevelop and manage a strong branded hospitality project pipeline by
\nmapping projects, tracking opportunities from specification to order
\nconversion, and supporting distributors in project closures.
\nEnsure commercial governance by implementing channel development
\npolicies, maintaining distributor agreements, monitoring compliance,
\nmanaging incentive programs, and maintaining accurate commercial
\ndocumentation.
\nPrepare monthly business reviews, sales forecasts, project dashboards, and
\nmarket intelligence reports while tracking competition, pricing trends,
\nbusiness risks, and recommending corrective actions.
\nCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service,
\nFinance, and Commercial Excellence teams to ensure seamless execution
\nand superior customer experience.

\nInternal: Regional Business Manager, National Sales Manager, Key Account
\nManagement Team, Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance,
\nCommercial Excellence.
\nExternal: Hotel Owners, Hotel Management Companies, Procurement Heads,
\nPurchase Managers, Project Consultants, Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs,
\nContractors, Distributors, and Dealers.
\nAnnual Success Metrics
\nAchieve regional sales targets for Mumbai with sustainable primary and
\nsecondary sales growth.
\nStrengthen the distributor network through measurable productivity
\nimprovements and market expansion.
\nIncrease penetration across branded hotel chains and expand the hospitality
\nproject pipeline with higher conversion rates.
\nSuccessfully execute Key Account initiatives in collaboration with the
\nNational KAM team.
\nMaintain high standards of commercial governance, accurate forecasting,
\ntimely business reporting, and strong long-term customer relationships.
