- Ensure compliance with established quality assurance standards and practices. \n
- Generate test reports and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders. \n
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery. \n
- Stay updated on the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency. \n\n
- A strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field. \n
- 6-7 years of QA experience with strong expertise in both manual and automation testingLead, mentor, and manage a team of manual QA engineers, ensuring comprehensive test coverageHands-on experience in building and scaling automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.Strong scripting/programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.Solid knowledge of API testing & automation (Postman, RestAssured, Karate, etc.). Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).Familiarity with performance testing (JMeter, Locust) and cloud-based environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus. \n
- Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks commonly used in the technology and telecoms industry. \n
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. \n
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with teams.
