Role Description The Creative Writer will work full time on-site at Vidrow’s Bengaluru office, collaborating closely with filmmakers, designers, and marketing strategists. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and writing scripts for video ads, long- and short-form content for campaigns, and copy for digital channels that supports brand narratives and performance goals. The role involves conducting research to understand client industries, audiences, and campaign objectives, and transforming those insights into compelling storylines and messaging. The Creative Writer will participate in brainstorming sessions, refine ideas based on team and client feedback, and maintain consistency of tone and voice across all content. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, understands marketing objectives, and can work effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Writing and Creative Writing skills for writing skits, ugc ads
  • \n
  • Candidates should have deep understanding of latest instagram trends
  • \n
  • Candidates should possess deep understanding of Tier 2- Tier 3 India. Writers in Hindi.
  • \n
  • Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional creative and marketing teams.
  • \n
  • Candidates should possess solid Research skills to understand client businesses, audiences, and market trends.
  • \n
  • Experience in advertising, filmmaking, or creative agencies is beneficial.
  • \n
  • A bachelor’s degree in Literature, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if compensated by strong portfolio and experience.
