Our Client is a leading insurance repository serving the entire insurance ecosystem for over a decade. It has delivery centers located in Chennai, Mumbai and Hyderabad and Insurance service centers across 300 locations across the country.

Roles and Responsibilities

\n
• Over 15 years of expertise in the insurance industry, including P&L oversight
\n
• Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) from a recognized university; or an equivalent undergraduate degree. Master of Business Administration (MBA, pref. Operations).
\n
• Work experience in the insurance industry, particularly in operations involving numerous processes. Exposure to both living things and inanimate objects will be beneficial.
\n
• Had to have overseen sizable teams and intricately organized operations.
\n
• The candidate will have an advantage if they have training in quality frameworks like Six Sigma (Black Belt), TPM Certification, and project management.
\n
• Management of Stakeholders, Both Internal and External
\n
• Proven capacity to collaborate with others and have a positive impact on a sizable, intricate network and organization in the insurance sector at the Senior Leadership level (CXOs or CXO one-down level).
\n
• Capability to solve problems.
\n
• Communication, both strategic and directed.
\n
• Capability for managing people: the capacity to draw in, keep, and grow a team.
