Shift Incharge - Production - Vehicle
Job Description
What you ll do:
\nResponsible for the production output of Vehicle lines
\nCommunicate the production plan to the team members and share important updates
\nMonitor and control hourly production output to achieve shift production targets.
\nParticipate in Vehicle sustenance swimlane to highlight & resolve 4M related issues affecting the daily production targets.
\nParticipate in Vehicle Line Swimlane & take various projects to achieve OKRs such as SPR, OEE & Scrap Cost ( Man & Process related )
\nExercise control over the inventory. Ensure system and physical stocks are accurate through participation in Perpetual Audit Swimlane
\nMonitor attendance trends of associates. Counsel where needed. Approve attendance sheets monthly.
\nEnsure proper 5S & adherence to the PPE s in the line.
\nEnsure adherence to IMS standards at all times. Participate in internal & external audits & close the NC s on time.
\nCollaborate with Spec Ops team to address quality related & line stop related issues.
\nDrive Continuous improvements to make processes Robust
\nConduct FTRs for engineering changes & NPD & give feedback to the relevant functions.
\nOversees implementation of engineering changes notices & related document change control.
\nInvolve in internal audit, PQ audits & PPAP audits conducted by PEx team & close the NC s on time
\nBe part of Cross functional activities such as PFMEA review
\nCollaborate with Talent Acquisition specialists to recruit and train associates
\nHere s what we are looking for:
\nHands on experience on handling mass Production of Automobiles( 2 wheeler, 4 wheeler & its components)
\nUnderstanding & implementation of TPM techniques for production shop floor.
\nFamiliar with software such as SAP, JIRA, Auto cad, Factory CAD, etc.
\nUnderstanding of New product development process, PFMEA & control plan
\nTechnical expertise in understanding manufacturing process
\nExpert in development of Assembly tools of Ease of production
\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
\nSelf-motivated and able to work well under pressure
\nMentor Production leads for their development
\nUnderstand grievances of associates and alleviate issues
\nEnsure good morale and sense of well being in the team
\nKnowledge of ISO9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001(IMS)
\nExposure to greenfield project
\nQualifications:
\nBachelor / Master s degree in Production/Mechanical Engineering/Automobile Engineering
\n4 to 8 years of relevant functional experience
\nExperience in Automobile & related mass production industries
\n
