Job Description

What you ll do:

\n

Responsible for the production output of Vehicle lines

\n

Communicate the production plan to the team members and share important updates

\n

Monitor and control hourly production output to achieve shift production targets.

\n

Participate in Vehicle sustenance swimlane to highlight & resolve 4M related issues affecting the daily production targets.

\n

Participate in Vehicle Line Swimlane & take various projects to achieve OKRs such as SPR, OEE & Scrap Cost ( Man & Process related )

\n

Exercise control over the inventory. Ensure system and physical stocks are accurate through participation in Perpetual Audit Swimlane

\n

Monitor attendance trends of associates. Counsel where needed. Approve attendance sheets monthly.

\n

Ensure proper 5S & adherence to the PPE s in the line.

\n

Ensure adherence to IMS standards at all times. Participate in internal & external audits & close the NC s on time.

\n

Collaborate with Spec Ops team to address quality related & line stop related issues.

\n

Drive Continuous improvements to make processes Robust

\n

Conduct FTRs for engineering changes & NPD & give feedback to the relevant functions.

\n

Oversees implementation of engineering changes notices & related document change control.

\n

Involve in internal audit, PQ audits & PPAP audits conducted by PEx team & close the NC s on time

\n

Be part of Cross functional activities such as PFMEA review

\n

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition specialists to recruit and train associates

\n

Here s what we are looking for:

\n

Hands on experience on handling mass Production of Automobiles( 2 wheeler, 4 wheeler & its components)

\n

Understanding & implementation of TPM techniques for production shop floor.

\n

Familiar with software such as SAP, JIRA, Auto cad, Factory CAD, etc.

\n

Understanding of New product development process, PFMEA & control plan

\n

Technical expertise in understanding manufacturing process

\n

Expert in development of Assembly tools of Ease of production

\n

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

\n

Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure

\n

Mentor Production leads for their development

\n

Understand grievances of associates and alleviate issues

\n

Ensure good morale and sense of well being in the team

\n

Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001(IMS)

\n

Exposure to greenfield project

\n


\n

Qualifications:

\n

Bachelor / Master s degree in Production/Mechanical Engineering/Automobile Engineering

\n

4 to 8 years of relevant functional experience

\n

Experience in Automobile & related mass production industries

\n
