At least 5+ years of experience leading and scaling Big Data practices.

Must have led large-scale initiatives in Databricks-heavy Data Engineering strategy, platform modernization, Data Lakehouse architecture, and Data Mesh adoption.
\n
- Ability to define and drive the strategic roadmap for talent acquisition, staffing, and L&D. Responsible for scaling the practice and optimizing resource utilization.
\n
- A strong history of leading presales and solutioning for deals of all sizes, with the executive presence to engage effectively with senior customers.
\n
- Proven expertise in building IP/accelerators for modern Data & AI platforms, including exposure to Gen AI.
\n
- A strong orchestrator capable of seamless collaboration across different teams.
\n
- Should have significant onsite experience and be ready for short-term global travel (US, EU, or APAC).
