Firewall, Prisma - Networking Advisor

We are currently seeking a Firewall, Prisma - Networking Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Role Responsibilities
\n  The Network Security Specialist Advisor would work on Requests, Changes, Incidents and Problem records to support our customers’ network security environment.
\n  Implement Network Security solutions and provide operational support in a customer environment.
\n  Support Palo Alto, Fortinet FW’s, Cloud Proxy solutions ( Netskope)
\n  Expert knowledge on Palo Alto url filtering, Vulnerability protection, AV, Anti-spyware profiles.
\n  Strong knowledge on App-id, use of app filters
\n  Expert in troubleshooting issues with packet captures, debugs on Pal Alto and Fortinet FW
\n  The SME will provide technical escalation to L2 support engineers.
\n  Write custom queries on Palo Alto to fetch reporting data.
\n  Provide On-call support for high severity incidents in a 24x7 environment.
\n  Ensure that Service Level Agreements and operational standards are met.
\n  Perform system maintenance, checkups and maintain current documentation.
\n  Provide resolution plans for device issues.
\n  Propose service, process, and technical improvements to management.
\n  Experience and at least 12+ years Network Security administration experience.
\n  Excellent Time Management skills required to properly manage operations duties and other task that will assist in the optimization of the firewall team.
\n  Strong troubleshooting skills around Palo Alto Firewalls.
\n  Solid understanding of the template/stack architecture.
\n  Responsibilities included assisting in Daily Steady State operations in request and change management as well as weekly on-call rotation support.
\n  Complete Weekly/Monthly Health Status checks across all support network security platforms.
\n  Working with multiple customers support environment to complete upgrades, patches, overall operational support.
\n  Assist in conducting rule set reviews to improve overall security footprint for our customers.
\n  Provide operational support of the Network & Security environments.
\n  Detect security issues, create customer tickets and manage problems until closure.
\n  Ensure that Service Level Agreements and operational standards are met.
\n  Perform system maintenance, checkups and maintain current documentation.
\n  Provide resolution plans for device issues.
\n  Propose service, process and technical improvements to management.

\n Requirements
\n Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
\n  Hands on experience with Palo Alto, Prisma, Fortinet
\n  Ability to grasp complex issues to arrive at optimal solutions.
\n  Strong ethics and integrity
\n  Flexible to changing needs of customer, account, and team.
\n  Excellent customer facing communication skills, customer support and knowledge of ITIL best practices. ITIL certification is a plus.
\n  Highly experience architect with proven knowledge on products likes Firewalls (Palo Alto), F5, Prisma SASE, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP and switching technologies.
\n  Understanding the integration with authentication protocols such as LDAP, IWA, IWA-direct, SSO, Active directory.
\n  At least 2 mid-level certification in Network security from any of the vendors like Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet (CCNP security, PCNSE, etc.)
\n  Candidate must possess good time management skills to properly manage operations duties and other task that will assist in the optimization of the Network Security team
\n  Clear understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems
\n  12+ years of network troubleshooting experience and at least 7 years in Network & Security administration.
\n  Network Design experience will be an added advantage.
\n  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

\n Desired Skills
\n  Experience with Cisco, AWS, Palo Alto, AWS, EIGRP, BGP networking and F5 is a must
\n  Must be PCNSE certified
\n  Knowledge of Cisco and Palo Alto VPN products and ScreenOS software
\n  Current Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE R&S) with excellent knowledge on PA, Prisma, SD-WAN, F5 and AWS network
\n  Experienced with ITIL best practices and familiar with regulations such as SOX, PCI, HIPPA
