- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. \n
- Proven experience in sales leadership within the FMCG industry, specifically in beverages and alcohol. \n
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies and market dynamics in the southern region. \n
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships. \n
- Proficiency in sales forecasting and performance analysis tools. \n
