    Job Description

  • Define and execute the enterprise IT, data, and digital transformation roadmap aligned to business goals.
    • \n
  • Establish IT governance, P&L/budgets, and a strategic vendor management framework.
    • \n
  • Lead IIoT, advanced analytics, automation, and Industry initiatives in manufacturing.
    • \n
  • Build a Modern Data Stack (lakehouse/ELT/BI) and a secure RAG platform; stand up an AI & GenAI Center of Excellence.
    • \n
  • Integrate and optimize core systems: PLM (PTC Windchill), ERP (Oracle), MES, and SCM; enable natural‑language access for engineers.
    • \n
  • Oversee IT operations and infrastructure: networks, end‑user, data centers, and hybrid by design cloud (HCI/VSAN, Azure Arc).
    • \n
  • Own cybersecurity across IT and OT/industrial control systems, and ensure compliance and data privacy.
    • \n
  • Embed Business Technology teams in R&D and Manufacturing; deliver MES, Digital Twins, and PLM‑integrated AI tools.
    • \n
  • Drive AI‑driven R&D (generative design, simulation) and enterprise automation (RPA, ML).
    • \n

    The Successful Applicant

    \n

    \n
  • 15+ years in technology with 5+ years in senior, C‑suite‑facing leadership roles.
    • \n
  • Proven delivery across PLM (PTC Windchill), ERP (Oracle), MES, and SCM.
    • \n
  • Expertise in modern data stacks, AI/ML, and GenAI platforms (incl. RAG).
    • \n
  • Strong infrastructure background: on‑prem data centers, hybrid cloud, HCI/VSAN, Azure Arc.
    • \n
  • Deep cybersecurity experience spanning IT/OT.
    • \n
  • Track record building federated BT models, governance, budgets, and vendor ecosystems.
    • \n
  • Manufacturing domain exposure with the ability to translate business needs into scalable tech outcomes.
