We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior SDET Engineer with 4–7 years of experience in automation testing to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java , Selenium , and test automation frameworks , with a passion for building scalable, reliable, and maintainable quality engineering solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through robust automated testing practices. You will play a key role in designing automation strategies, improving test coverage, and integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automation test frameworks using Java and Selenium.

• Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications and APIs.
\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.

• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects throughout the development lifecycle.
\n
• Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning to ensure quality is embedded from the start.
\n
• Continuously enhance automation frameworks for improved performance, maintainability, and reliability.
\n
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable releases.
\n
• Perform regression, smoke, functional, and integration testing using automated solutions.
\n
• Analyze test execution results and provide actionable reports and recommendations.
\n
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote quality engineering best practices across the team.
\n

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in software testing with a strong focus on automation.
\n
• Strong proficiency in Java programming.
\n
• Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver for web automation testing.
\n
• Solid understanding of automation testing principles , test design techniques, and framework development.
\n
• Experience creating reusable test scripts and maintaining automation suites.
\n
• Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools.
\n
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
\n
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
\n

• Experience with API testing and REST services.
\n
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
\n
• Knowledge of TestNG or JUnit frameworks.
\n
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
\n
• Understanding of performance and cross-browser testing concepts.
\n
• Experience working with SQL databases and writing basic queries.
\n
• Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms is an added advantage.
