Job Description
- Be a part of the leadership team for a Listed Manufacturing company \n
- Lead accounting and multi-plant operations in high growth environment \n\n
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. \n
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. \n
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports and statements to senior management. \n
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies to support business goals. \n
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the financial stability of the organization. \n
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency. \n
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental objectives. \n
- Coordinate and liaise with auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate filings. \n\n
- Chartered Accountant with 15-25 years' experience in manufacturing/engineering sector. \n
- Strong exposure to IndAS, consolidation, and listed company compliance. \n
- Hands-on experience with SAP and audit coordination. \n
- Assertive communicator with ability to present to senior leadership and boards.
