Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

  • Understand client needs and objectives to offer appropriate solutions and services.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, etc.) to ensure consistent delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Prepare and conduct business reviews, account planning sessions, and presentations.
  • \n
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
  • \n
  • Monitor account performance and proactively identify risks or upsell opportunities.
  • \n
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and client business environments.
  • \n
  • Meet and exceed sales and account growth targets.
