Responsibilities
\nDevelop and implement effective sales strategies
\n-Merchant onboard for payment gateway for gaming industry .
\nLead zonal sales team members to achieve overall sales targets for the company.
\nEstablish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer/partner accounts
\nNegotiate and close agreements with large customers/partners.
\nMonitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
\nPerform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
\nProvide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs
\nLiaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
\nStay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
\nReport to the CBO.
\nJob Requirements
\nOverall experience of minimum 10+ years in software solution selling.
\n5+ years' experience in selling and managing E-Governance solutions will be highly preferable.
\nExperience in creating and managing channel sales.
\nExperience in working with Banks as a channel partner will be highly preferable.
\nExperience in creating and managing a high-performance sales team.
\nExperience in setting up processes, Standard Operating Procedures, and continuous performance appraisal through relevant metrics.
\nStrong communication and team management skills
\nAnalytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
\nAvailability to travel all over the assigned territory.
\nDegree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field
\nLanguage preference – English, Hindi, and one local language.
