Role Summary:

As a Client Relationship Manager/Sales manager, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding strategic relationships with key enterprise clients in India Market/GCC. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and positioning our organization as a trusted partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • \n
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, anticipating future requirements.
  • \n
  • Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • \n
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • \n
  • Negotiate complex deals, ensuring optimal pricing and contract terms.
  • \n
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • \n
  • Client Success: Ensure successful delivery of IT services and solutions, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • \n
  • Proactively manage and resolve client issues, minimizing risk and maximizing satisfaction.
  • \n
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess client needs and identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech + MBA from top-B school.
  • \n
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT sales or account management, with a proven track record of success in managing large enterprise accounts (domestic/GCC/captive).
  • \n
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of IT services, including application development, IT infrastructure, and cloud solutions.
  • \n
  • Sales Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on consultative selling.
  • \n
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • \n
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • \n
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • \n
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the IT industry and emerging trends.
