Senior Engineer Instrumentation

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

Knowledge in ISA symbols and understanding P&ID

Knowledge in Instrumentation Basic design package like Selection & specification for field instruments, Instrument room layout drawings

Control panel design with required panel, field wiring details

Selection & sizing of various flow elements, control valves & Process analyzers.

Knowledge in preparation of Detail design documents like Instrument installation drawing, Field wiring diagram, Cable Schedule, Cable Tray sizing, Junction box and preparation of MTO.

Knowledge in PLC/DCS based control system, Review of PLC/DCS supplier drawings & documents, Preparation of I/O list and point data base.

Knowledge in software like AutoCAD, MS office, Sizing tools, etc

Review of Equipment vendor package documents, Test & Calibration certificates

Preparation of Schematic wiring diagram

Support on new proposal cost estimate

Capable enough to understand the Engineering drawings to plan & Execute the field work for cable Tray, Cabling, Instrument Installation, Control Panel Installation, Field Junction Box Installation

Capable of executing the Field Construction works for Instrumentation & Control system at Project sites with minimum supervision

Knowledge in Calibration of Field Instruments such as AUTO valves, Transmitters, Pressure & Temperature Gauges, Analysers etc.

Hands on Experience in trouble shooting of Field Instruments & Control valves
