  • Serve as a Field Service Engineer / Sr. Engineer and Lifecycle Project Services Expert.

  • Cybersecurity Solution Implementation, Workshop for BCA & SES, GSS Software Drive.

  • DeltaV Upgrade Project Support and Documentation as per SMO standards.
  • \n
  • Execute PSS - DeltaV DCS services, including AMC, PWAMC, PWCAMC, ST100, ST200, and chargeable service visits whenever needed for the region.
  • \n
  • Provide Technical Support for Guardian / Essential Support Customers, DeltaV Batch, DeltaV SIS, SIS Charms, DeltaV Charms, VIM, third-party communications, system maintenance, and in-house service support.
  • \n
  • Generate leads for Lifecycle Service business opportunities.
  • \n
  • Delivery services in alignment with SMO standards.

    To execute all Small Expansion, Ad-hoc, Add-On Batch, Small Logic & Graphics Development Job under Lifecycle Services Business for North Region as well as other region whenever it is necessary.

    To provide support for DeltaV Upgrade project, witnessing SAT, Project to Service Handover as per standard checklist.

  • \n

    To execute cybersecurity solutions implementations.

  • \n
  • \n

    Drive sales enablement program BCA, SES, report generation and workshop with customers for lead generation. Expected to generate additional revenue of 40-50 KUSD through this initiative in the region.

    Professional Certification for becoming SME on Cybersecurity, Virtualization, DeltaV SIS, DeltaV Live.

  • \n

    Provide system support for Guardian, DeltaV Batch, DeltaV SIS, Charms SIS, DeltaV Charms, VIM, third-party communication, system maintenance, and in-house service support whenever applicable.

    ForThisRole,YouWillNeed: \n
  • Technical : Team member and self-directed contributor. Works well within a team but is equally capable of performing independently. Knowledge of Distributed Control System (DCS) - Basic Requirement. Knowledge of Pharma / Chemical Industry / Refinery is an added advantage. Knowledge of Batch, Profibus, Foundation Fieldbus, Networking, Safety Systems, handling of Charms I/O, Proficient in Cybersecurity and knowledge on AMS will be preferred.

  • Interaction: Receives guidance from a mentor and collaborates with team members to complete assignments as needed. Also leads interactions with other sites and departments to achieve project objectives.
  • \n
  • Customer Focus: Engages in increased customer interaction. Works collaboratively within a team and alongside a senior engineer when needed. Also capable of independently interfacing with customers or the sales force to support project and business objectives.
  • \n
  • Industry Awareness: Takes initiative to understand the industry landscape, including project execution, service offerings, EPM market trends, customer segments, and overall business requirements.
  • \n
  • Providing Solutions: Receives directions from a Senior Service Engineer for small-scale service projects. Possesses a strong general knowledge base and is developing expertise in a specific service area. Holds or is pursuing relevant certifications and continues to build skills within the identified product and certification domain.
  • \n
  • Improving the Process: Actively learns and applies process improvement methodologies. Participates in implementing process changes and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • \n
  • Desired Educational Qualification: . / B. Tech (Instrumentation / ECE/ Electrical). Candidates with degrees in other engineering disciplines and experience in a similar field can be considered.
