The professional will be responsible to lead the Command Center operations, ensuring high vehicle uptime, reducing warranty costs, and delivering proactive customer support.

Job Responsibilities:

\n - Lead the Command Center operations, ensure 24/7 operational readiness, planning of shifts, staffing, performance monitoring.
\n - Implement SOP's for L1 issues , ensure accessibility for customers across.
\n - Build, mentor and lead teams to resolve L1 issuse effectively.
\n - Work on operational and vehicle data to derive actionable reports.
\n - Identify trends/ opportunities for service improvement.
\n - Work with analytics and development team to help create dashboards.
\n - Drive initaitives across warranty reduction, support customer engagements.
