- Monthly preparation and Tracking of R.A Bill status. \n
- Experience in Checklist documentation, WO creation, bill creation. \n
- Abstract preparation, JMR preparations, MB Certification, Reconciliation of quantity certified client, Keeping track of unbuild/ hold quantity \n
- Preparation of Project analysis statements (Budgeted VS Achieved) monthly. \n
- Project monitoring physical and financial progress for all projects daily. \n
- Cost comparison (Planned VS Actual cost) statements of all projects. \n
- Preparing Cashflows. \n
- Preparation of Earn value management statements (EVM) cost variance and schedule variance. \n
- Rate analysis of major BOQ items. \n
- Reconciliation statements of all major materials of the projects monthly. . \n
- Quantity Estimation. \n
- Continuous monitoring of Cycle time and preparation of compiled cycle time statements monthly. \n
- Preparation of Monthly physical and financial statements of all projects. \n
- Preparation of Project analysis statements (Budgeted VS Achieved) monthly. \n
- Direct & Indirect cost analysis of major BOQ items (Actual cost VS Selling cost)
