Fullstack Technical Project Delivery Manager

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Project Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of workflow automation and optimization solutions , including Generative AI and Agentic AI driven applications . The role requires strong hands-on understanding of full-stack technologies , enterprise-scale product deployment , and secure, scalable application architectures .

The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and engineering execution, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of production-grade AI-powered and automation platforms .

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of workflow automation, GenAI, and Agentic AI applications
\n
• Define delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and release schedules
\n
• Drive Agile / Scrum delivery across multiple engineering teams
\n
• Lead delivery of full-stack applications including:
\n
• Frontend: AngularJS (or modern Angular), JavaScript frameworks
\n
• Backend: Node.js, RESTful services, FastAPI
\n
• Ensure scalable, secure, and highly available application deployments
\n
• Collaborate with architects on system design, scalability, performance, and security
\n
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards (authentication, authorization, data protection)
\n
• Act as primary interface with business stakeholders and product owners
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

\n
• Full-Stack Development : Deep understanding of frontend technologies (Angular, React, Vue.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3) and backend development (Node.js, Express.js, NestJS)
\n
• API Development : Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, FastAPI, GraphQL, WebSockets, and API gateway patterns
\n
• Generative AI/Agentic AI : Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, AI agents, and LangChain/LlamaIndex frameworks
\n
• CI/CD & DevOps : Proficiency with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and continuous delivery practices
\n
• Containerization & Orchestration : Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, container registries, and cloud container services (ECS, AKS, GKE)
\n
• Cloud Platforms : Extensive knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP including compute, storage, networking, and managed services
\n
• Security : Understanding of OWASP Top 10, OAuth 2.0, JWT, encryption, secure coding practices, and DevSecOps
\n
• Databases : Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB) databases
\n
• Infrastructure as Code : Knowledge of Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools
\n
• Monitoring & Observability : Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or New Relic

• Proven experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade products

• Ability to manage complex dependencies and multiple releases

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field; Master's degree preferred

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
\n
• Exposure to workflow automation, orchestration, or process optimization platforms
\n
• Certifications in Agile, PMP, or cloud technologies
