Job Description
- Only candidates based out of/open to relocate to Mumbai to apply \n
- Only candidates with 9+ years post-qualification experience to apply \n\n
- The successful applicant will report directly to the Practice Head and the Founding Partner. \n
- Lead and manage a team of practitioners and be responsible for end to end execution of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business combinations. \n
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and represent the Firm at industry events and conferences. \n
- Provide strategic and commercially sound legal advice on general corporate matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. \n
- Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes. \n
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive and informed advice to clients. \n
- Monitor changes in legislation and advise on their potential impact. \n
- Engage in business development initiatives for the Team and Firm and independently explore business development leads for the Firm. \n\n
- Law Graduate with minimum 9 years of post qualification experience in the Law Firm space \n
- Experience in leading Corporate transactions end-to-end for clients across sectors \n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills \n
- Ability to build teams and mentor juniors to grow the practice
