\nRoles & Responsibility:
\n1.Strategic Planning :
\nDevelop and execute service and spares strategies in line with company goals, and manage department budgets.
\n2.Team Leadership :
\nLead, mentor, and manage the service team, setting performance goals and facilitating training.
\n3.Service Operations Management :
\nOversee all service operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
\n4.Spares Inventory Control :
\nManage spare parts inventory to ensure availability, control costs, and optimize supplier relationships.
\n5.Customer Relations :
\nMaintain strong customer relationships, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
\n6.Data Management & Reporting :
\nTrack service and spares performance, analyze trends, and generate reports for continuous improvement.
\n7.Compliance : Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all activities.
\nPrefer candidates with exposure working in Commercial Vehicle segment
