Roles & Responsibility:

\n


\n

1.Strategic Planning :

\n

Develop and execute service and spares strategies in line with company goals, and manage department budgets.

\n

2.Team Leadership :

\n

Lead, mentor, and manage the service team, setting performance goals and facilitating training.

\n

3.Service Operations Management :

\n

Oversee all service operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

\n

4.Spares Inventory Control :

\n

Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability, control costs, and optimize supplier relationships.

\n

5.Customer Relations :

\n

Maintain strong customer relationships, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.

\n

6.Data Management & Reporting :

\n

Track service and spares performance, analyze trends, and generate reports for continuous improvement.

\n

7.Compliance : Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all activities.

Prefer candidates with exposure working in Commercial Vehicle segment
